Elegant, Timeless, and Eclectic Residential House Interior Design

The unique properties of this design lie in its careful selection of materials and attention to detail. The small atrium serves as a design feature, visible from all interior ground floor areas and from the outside. It also acts as a safe barrier for the corridor above. The staircase design, along with the designer ceiling pendant lamps, adds an attractive spatial element to the entrance.

The realization of this design involved bespoke craftsmanship and the use of recycled wood for the kitchen area ceiling and wooden details. Retro oak veneer was used for other wooden structures, while natural brick cladding was applied in the dining and living room areas, as well as the kitchen seating area. The atrium features CNC cut PVC panels.

Special attention was given to the lighting design, allowing for different moods within the space. The natural flow of materials creates a contemporary and timeless approach to design. The project, spanning 300m2, was completed in February 2020 in Nicosia, Cyprus, after starting in November 2018.

The design of the Angel VII Private Residence was a result of extensive research and presentation of various materials, ensuring a harmonious blend. The challenge lay in blending the style with the materials and creating textures and layers that flow throughout the space. The staircase design, with its unique combination of straight and curved elements, posed another creative challenge.

The Angel VII Private Residence was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative characteristics that meet professional and industrial requirements.
